Burke & Company, LLC’s Diversity and Inclusion Panel was formed in 2020. We wanted to ensure that we were participating to the greatest extent possible in diversity as a company and as individuals. As a company, we are a diverse business, we have an affirmative action plan, we formed a diversity group with other diverse businesses, but we wanted to take it further and our team is working hard!
