In order to ensure the continued operations of our company into the next generation, S.P. McCarl and Company implemented a succession and strategic plan. Elizabeth “Liz” Burke took over as majority owner on May 3, 2019. Liz and Shawn have partnered as owners to strategically lead our company.

The management, employees and the quality of service with which you are familiar will remain unchanged. The new legal company name is Burke & Company, LLC dba S.P. McCarl and Company. When it comes to servicing our customers and performing our work, the change will be seamless. All management and office contacts will remain the same.

Moving forward we will continue to perform mechanical contracting, along with our metal and pipe fabrication capabilities. In addition, we will also work to expand our general contracting department. We have successfully performed work as a general contractor in the past, and we look forward to growing this department in the near future.
