Our founder, Foster McCarl, Jr. was the President of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) which is one of the strongest trade associations in the United States. Their training programs are unsurpassed by any others in the construction industry. Our owner Shawn McCarl has been the President of the Laurel Mechanical Contractors Association which is the local chapter for the national MCAA.
