Quality Assurance in Project Management

Our project management quality control processes include four key phases:

  • Project Planning

    • After the initial pre-planning is completed with the various departments, the Project Manager is them prepared to implement the plan for managing the project effectively. There are numerous steps that are followed in detail by our Project manager in preparation for the start of the project as well as overseeing the process through construction. The Project Manager is accountable on all project to ensure procedures are followed while the project is successfully completed safely, on budget, and on time while never straying from the high-quality standards at S.P. • Project Closeout
  • After successfully managing the project nears completion, our Project Managers are required to see things through to the end. Our Project Manager's Manual requires that many steps and procedures are followed to ensure effective project closeout. This phase of the project often gets overlooked in our industry when companies simply want to move on to the next project. However, our procedures are in place to ensure the project is completed thoroughly and with top quality.
  • Project Review
  • A critical final step that is often forgotten but is very important is reviewing the activities of the project after it is completed and closed out. Often it is challenging to make this time due to the fast-paced nature of the construction industry. However, S.P. McCarl & Company, Inc. believes in trying to improve at all times and one great way to become better is to learn from past experiences.
