Mechanical Contractor

Mechanical contracting is one of the major trades that SP McCarl self-performs. We house our own sheet metal and pipe fabrication shops. Our construction and service division specialize in new building construction and renovations, BIM implementation, and more. We have years of experience performing process piping for industrial and chemical plants of all sizes. We also have a team of project managers and field trades that focus solely on JOC projects.

Design-Build

S.P. McCarl partners with qualified engineers, architects and manufactures to provide design and construction services for building owners. This option minimizes risk to the owner, results in faster project deliveries, and often reduces overall cost. Collaboration with all parties is critical to ensure a successful design-build project.

Service Division

S.P. McCarl’s Service Division specializes in HVAC planned maintenance, repairs, new installations and retrofits. We staff highly skilled technicians that care about their work, are thorough with inspections, and are customer-focused.Our planned maintenance program is critical for HVAC systems. This program extends the lifespan of the equipment, helps reduce repairs, and can also reduce operating expenses.

Fabrication Shops

S.P. McCarl has two fabrication shops for piping and sheet metal. Fabrication decreases onsite installation saving our clients time and money. The quality of work is enhanced due to work being performed in a controlled environment. We are able to fabricate various types and sizes of sheet metal and pipe.

ASME Welding

S.P. McCarl works in various chemical, industrial and food processing plants. Our quality welds hold up to the harshest of environments in these plants. We hold our R, PP, S and U stamps for ASME welding. We also have sanitary and orbital welding capabilities.
