Metal Fabrication Shop
All of S. P. McCarl & Company, Inc.’s metal fabrication occurs in a 7,000 square foot facility located at our office location in Altoona, PA. Always seeking improvement and technological advancement, we steadily invest in new capital equipment. Our new 10′ – 250 ton Press Brake provides more efficient and higher quality bending for our customers. Our plasma table provides limitless configurations to support our customer’s needs for cutting materials up to 3/8″ thick. We work with our customers’ with specialty applications for metal fabrication and take great pride in supporting their needs.
Our controlled work environment provides efficient production, quality assurance / quality control and safety. We guarantee the results provided from our shops and always ensure the highest quality standards. We understand that great pressures exist for quick delivery of our products, especially in the competitive and dynamic nature of the market today. Our focus is always on the customer and for our metal fabrication shop we have both internal and external customers. Our skilled crafts persons may be fabricating a list of any number of components such as: ductwork, chutes, dampers, louvers, racks, catwalks, tanks, pressure vessels, manifolds, custom units … the list goes on. Whatever they are producing the focus is always on the customer that will be installing the unit. Sometimes that is co-workers in the field and often times it is an external customer that will be receiving the product. Providing high quality and on time delivery are a couple ways that we can demonstrate that we will always be there for you.
