Safety Committee

The safety culture within the company has evolved since S. P. McCarl & Company, Inc. was formed many years ago.

The safety committee has truly taken a leadership role within our organization.

Committee Goals:

• Increasing safety awareness of all employees in partnership with trade unions and customers.
• Provide appropriate personal protection equipment.
• Provide in-depth training.

Committee Mission Statement:

Provide guidance to assure our employees and customers of our total commitment to a safe working environment.

The Safety Committee holds monthly safety meetings and other special training events. They conduct site inspections on each project to ensure all safety measures are being followed. Safety incentive programs are also planned and executed to recognize employees that conduct safe practices on a day-to-day basis whether on a job site or in the office.
